Biography
I believe that clients are the experts in their own life. My role is one of providing a client-focused, non-judgmental space with support to empower and equip clients to be the best version of themselves. Therapy offers a great opportunity to improve health, healing, and strength.
Having experience working with men, women, youth, and families struggling with mental health disorders, addictions, immigration, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and abuse, I come to table with an open mind and a compassionate heart. I am passionate about helping people build the tools they need to reach their goals.
I believe that working with people, mind, body and spirit, is valuable. My faith impacts my life journey and I offer a safe space to explore many topics including faith and culture. I work through a neurobiological, psychosocial, trauma-informed lens and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to clients needs.
I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.

“Strength is not about never bending-it is about remaining rooted while continuing to grow.”
Why the Cedar Tree?
I chose the cedar tree because it represents strength, resilience, grounding, and healing. Deeply rooted and able to withstand difficult conditions, cedars continue to grow. To me, this reflects the therapeutic process—creating a safe, steady space where people feel supported as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and grow.
The cedar also symbolizes protection and connection. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is not to determine their path, but to walk alongside them with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based support. Like a strong tree offering shelter without restricting what grows beneath it, I hope to provide a space where people feel safe exploring their experiences—mind, body, spirit, faith, culture, and identity—and becoming more deeply rooted in who they are.
