All information shared during therapy is strictly confidential, as required by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the regulatory bodies governing our clinicians (CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO).
Exceptions to confidentiality apply only in specific situations required by law, such as imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child.

We implement robust electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our telehealth and record-keeping platforms are fully PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant.
